Full Job Description
Our Care Link Telecare Service provides a 24 hour a day, 7 day a week contact point for older and vulnerable people across the district, helping them remain independent and feel secure in their own environment.You will be:· supervising our Control Centre employees to deliver high quality, customer focused service to our users. · provide support and guidance to Control Assistants and Care Link Support Workers in dealing with more complex enquiries· responsible for handling customer enquiries using the latest social alarm monitoring equipment, for which training will be given. As a Care Link Supervisor you will have a caring attitude with a genuine interest in helping people.
